Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Reschedules:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows time to fill the spot and respect everyone’s time.
💸 Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):
Will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
🚫 No-Shows:
Clients who no-show without any notice will be charged 50–100% of the service total before being allowed to book again.
💅 Grace Policy:
Life happens — if it’s your first time canceling late, or you're running late just communicate with me. I appreciate honesty and effort.
There's a 10 minute grace period before your appointment is canceled and deposit is forfeited.
